Yes, and every joke and rib-tickle is some how washed away when your husband wakes up in the morning and says I'm going to make seared sea scallops for dinner tonight. Um, OK! I can stand a couple more jokes, if I have to...

YUM! Looks delicious! You might have to start sending some tips on cooking fish this way since we can now actually get fresh fish again! Either that or just come visit and he can cook for us here :)

These are so easy to cook, just about 3 minutes per side in a hot skillet with olive oil. But I still hope we'll be able to visit soon!
