Beer for health

Have you seen the studies by Spanish scientists that say beer is better than water? Well, it's better after exercise anyway. Beer replaces lost calories and helps prevent dehydration. Oh, and those tiny bubbles even help quench thirst.

I'm in love. What a better way to motivate me to walk the dogs?

I think beer is better than water. Something came over me in the past year, and I can't get enough. I remember back in the day (at your house, most likely) trying to learn to like it. And now I do. What a great thing to be able to say.

That said, I'm on detox after Halloween and the I-stopped-counting-at-10 beers I had.
